Standard shipping in the middle east is free.
Standard  shipping to worldwide is free for orders over $100 USD. For orders under  $100 USD, the shipping rate will vary depending on the destination and  shipping speed selected. Duties and taxes will be calculated in your  cart.

We usually process Flow State orders within 2–3 business days. Standard Middle East shipping takes 3–5 business days, though delivery may be longer during peak holiday periods. Standard international shipping  typically takes 6–10 business days.

How much Flow State can I drink per day?

Accepted Answer

Most adults can safely drink 1–3 electrolyte sticks per day, depending on activity and heat. During long training sessions or heavy sweating, 2–4 sticks may be needed to replace lost minerals. Avoid excessive use if you’re not sweating or have medical conditions requiring lower sodium intake.
